The contact form collects what you type into it: your name and email address, plus your organisation, the topic you select and your message if you fill those in.

The hosting provider records technical data for every visit, as any web server does: IP address, browser identifier, the page requested and the time of the request.

If you answer the cookie bar, your browser stores that one decision. Nothing else.

Form data is used to answer your enquiry, and for nothing else. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Technical logs serve the security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

If we ever switch analytics on, it will run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings in the footer (Article 6(1)(a)).

Storing your cookie decision is technically necessary: without it we would have to ask you on every page.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and delivers it worldwide, and therefore processes the technical data of every visit.

Resend, Inc. delivers the emails sent through the contact form.

If spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission comes from a person. It processes technical signals about your browser, not the content of your message.

All of these act as data processors on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.

Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for its own standard period, then deleted automatically.

It sets no cookies of its own. It carries no advertising pixels and no social media trackers.

The typefaces are served from our own domain, so your browser never contacts a font provider. Most websites load fonts from Google, which sends your IP address there whether you consented or not, this one does not.

The BeerChamp film only starts when you click it. Until then no request reaches YouTube, and no YouTube cookie is set.

There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
