The system
BeerChamp
A fully automated beverage dispensing system built to solve one of the biggest operational challenges in large venues: serving thousands of drinks quickly, and serving them the same way every time.
One product, three parts
BeerChamp is the whole solution
Not a machine with software bolted on afterwards. The hardware, the operations system and the centralized control system were designed as one thing, and they arrive as one thing.
Hardware
The machine itself: high-speed dispensing, integrated cooling and cup handling in a single footprint, built for the loudest twenty minutes of the night.
Operations system
The software that runs and manages the operation. It controls every unit during service, so the machines work as one system instead of separate taps.
Centralized control system / Web application
One cloud platform and the web interface built on it. Every unit reports live output, keg levels, quality data and alerts, so operators monitor and manage the whole operation in real time, from a single bar to a full stadium ring.
What it changes
Four things a venue gets back
Throughput
870+ beers per hour from a single unit, held steady through the entire peak rather than fading with the staff.
Labour
Up to 70% fewer people on pouring duty. The remaining work is refilling cups and supervising, not standing at a tap.
Queues
Eight filled cups waiting on the line turn the transaction into a hand-over, which is where the queue actually shortens.
Revenue
Faster turnover plus zero overpour and minimal foam loss: more served, less lost per keg.
How it works
Seven decisions built into the machine
BeerChamp replaces traditional pouring with a high-speed, precision-controlled process that delivers consistent servings at scale, even during peak demand.

High-speed automated dispensing
A rapid internal dispensing mechanism fills cups in seconds and is engineered to maintain continuous flow, so servings can be prepared back-to-back without delay.
Parallel serving capability
The machine serves multiple beers simultaneously, which is what lifts throughput above manual service and stops queues from building at peak.
Integrated cup management
A high-capacity magazine stores reusable cups and positions them for filling automatically, which removes most of the manual handling from the process.
Precision pouring technology
Calibrated flow and pressure systems control every serving: consistent volume, minimal foam loss, zero overpour. Waste stops being a variable.
Minimal human intervention
Human interaction is reduced to essential tasks: refilling cups and basic supervision. That is also why temporary staff become productive in minutes.
Continuous operation at peak demand
Unlike traditional setups that slow down under pressure, BeerChamp holds its performance through the busiest periods, the ones that decide the day's revenue.
Built for large-scale environments
Engineered specifically for stadiums, festivals and high-traffic venues, where speed, reliability and volume drive both revenue and the fan experience.

Hardware
What is inside the unit
- High-capacity reusable cup storage
- Stores and dispenses 120–150 reusable cups, depending on cup size, so service continues with minimal refills.
- Rapid dispensing technology
- Serves two perfectly poured beers in seven seconds, and 870+ beers per hour from a single unit.
- Assembly line design
- Holds up to eight filled beers at a time, ready for grab-and-go service at the counter.
- Smart local control system
- Adjustable foam control per pour, real-time output tracking and low-keg alerts for the staff at the point of service.
Centralized control system / Web application
The operational backbone
This system combines hardware, software and real-time data into a single environment that gives full control over performance, quality and operations, whether that means one unit at one bar, or forty across a stadium ring.
Centralised management
All BeerChamp units connect to a cloud-based platform, so operators manage and monitor every machine across one or multiple venues from a single interface.
Real-time performance visibility
The system continuously tracks output, usage and status, giving instant insight into how each unit performs during live operations, especially at peak demand.
Smart alerts and predictive maintenance
Automated alerts identify issues before they become critical, supporting proactive maintenance, reducing downtime and keeping service uninterrupted.
Data-driven operations
Operational data is collected and processed in real time, enabling detailed analysis of consumption patterns, peak periods and performance trends.
Consistent quality control
Internal monitoring regulates temperature, flow and dispensing conditions, so every serving meets the same standard regardless of who is at the counter.
Multi-venue and role-based access
The platform supports complex operations across multiple locations, with access levels for operations, finance and technical teams.

Data that changes decisions
Consumption patterns, peak periods and performance trends are not a report at the end of the season, they are visible while the event is still running.
Web application
Monitor and manage your operation in real time
Operators and bar staff work from the browser: what every machine is doing right now, what it did last week, and what the screens should be showing.

Every machine on one screen
Pouring rate, taps today, total taps and estimated keg level for every unit, with online status and open alerts. Where there is more than one venue, the view filters down to it.

Down to a single unit
Beers served today, current pouring rate, temperature and open alerts, with the full history behind them.

Reports to answer all your questions
Consumption, machine performance, maintenance compliance, stock, invoicing and venue benchmarking, each as its own report, exportable or scheduled by e-mail.

The screen is advertising space
Schedule media to a group of machines for a set period, straight from the browser. What runs on the screens is a decision, not a service call.
Built to be extended
Two accessories cover the cooling the machine depends on: in storage, and at the keg. One beer fridge ships with every machine as standard.
